  1. Prepare 3 1/2 cup of flour.
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of powdered milk.
  3. Prepare 9 tbsp of butter.

  5. Prepare 1 of *Optional flavouring: rice crispies (pinipig);crushed oreos;cocoa powder or chopped peanuts or walnuts.

  1. Put flour into wok or deep fry pan.Cook until light brown..
  2. Add milk and mix.Melt butter and pour into flour mixture.Mix until it turns yellow.*(Optional: add flavourings and mix until well-combined.).
  3. Turn off element and remove from heat.Shape into balls and wrap in coloured rice paper or use polvoron mould press to shape (you can buy this in Filipino stores)..
